Create a Safer, Healthier Home
A sub slab ventilation system is the best possible way to lower high radon levels.
Radon mitigation systems installed by Standard Water Control tie into the existing drain tile system, then vent beyond the roof with an inline fan which draws the soil gases out from underneath your home. This also reduces radon levels entering from a sump pump, which is one of the major entry points for radon gas into a home. The Standard Water Control radon mitigation system includes installing seals on the sump pump basket system cover, tackling the root of radon gas entry and helping to prevent future issues.
After testing your lowest livable area we will consult with you as to the best way to maintain reduced radon levels. NEHA protocol suggests testing at least twice to confirm your radon levels before proceeding with any mitigation.
