At our regular safety meetings the crews discuss issues surrounding the work, tips, techniques and best practices. We also go over policy issues to keep everybody on the same page. We make sure everyone has their personal protective equipment and our drivers inspect their trucks before they leave the shop. On the job site we use all new tools to capture cement (silica) dust before it spreads, we also use hepa filter air scrubbers to capture even more dust. As a result our crews are healthier and there is much less dust to clean up after a job.
